On-location: $60/hour, minimum one half-hour. Pick-up service: $40/hour, minimum one hour. NOTE: If diagnosis is made on-site, diagnosis charge is $20 (rather than $60/hr).
Special for custom computer build:
A full custom build takes approximately 4 hours, not including
drive format time. In order to remain competitive with
mass-market makers (such as Dell, HP, eMachines), we offer a system
build for $100 with delivery or $200 on-site up to 4 hours (basic
build and OS install included). If you choose the on-site
option, we can teach you how to build and/or upgrade the machine
during the construction process.
Overnight express:
If you need it done before 8AM the next day and we can pick it up
before 6PM, Sunday through Thursday (4PM Sundays), we will charge
$80/hour, one hour minimum, $200 maximum. Custom computer
builds will be delivery only and will cost $150 for the basic build
and install; extra charges hourly for extra software and devices, no
minimum, $100 maximum.
Data backup and storage:
Data backup is charged at the hourly rate. Up to
9.4GB of data can be placed on a DVD at $5 per DVD. If you
have over 9.4GB of data we can back it up on Blu-ray disks at 25GB
per disk, but there will be a charge of $50 per disk for the disk
itself and drive usage. There is no added charge when using
your own external hard drive. We also offer off-site protected
storage of your data at $30 per disk or small drive annually, $20
per access (other than final retrieval).
If you know you'll be needing us for a while...:
You can purchase service credits ahead of time at a 5% discount
at the $500 level, 7% at the $1000 level, and 10% at the $2000
level. These are great if you would like one-on-one computer
training or would like periodic data backup, for example.
The parts (except for DVDs and Blu-ray disks) are charged at purchase
cost: if we get a deal on the parts, you do too.
